Our PayPal Payment Policy

1. Introduction

We are pleased to offer PayPal as a payment option to provide our clients with greater flexibility and to help make beauty and self-care more accessible.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following PayPal payment options:

  • PayPal

  • PayPal Card

  • PayPal Credit

  • PayPal Pay in 3

 

3. Eligibility & Approval

3.1 Customers must hold a valid and active PayPal account to use PayPal services.
3.2 PayPal Credit and Pay in 3 are subject to approval by PayPal.
3.3 We are not responsible for any declined applications or decisions made by PayPal regarding eligibility or credit approval.

 

4. Minimum Spend Requirements

4.1 PayPal Pay in 3 is available on qualifying purchases only:

  • Online shop products: Orders over £20.00

  • Salon treatment packages: Purchases over £75.00

 

5. Online Booking System

5.1 PayPal is not available as a payment method via our online booking system (Setmore).
5.2 Clients wishing to use PayPal must contact us directly to arrange payment (Excluding PayPal Pay in 3).

 

6. Salon Treatment Packages

6.1 All treatment packages paid for via PayPal must be booked directly through our team.
6.2 A member of our team will contact you within 48 hours of purchase to arrange:

  • Your first appointment; or

  • A single treatment booking; or

  • A treatment schedule where the package includes multiple sessions (e.g. courses such as chemical peels).

 

7. Payments & Refunds

7.1 Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless using an approved PayPal Credit or Pay in 3 plan.
7.2 Any eligible refunds will be processed back to the original PayPal account used at the time of purchase.

 

8. Additional Terms

8.1 All bookings remain subject to our standard salon terms and conditions, including refunds, cancellation and rescheduling policies.
8.2 PayPal instalment agreements are arranged directly between the customer and PayPal. We do not manage, amend, or take responsibility for repayment plans.
